Our Purpose

Anyone who has built a good firm knows the quiet worry that comes with it: that one day it will be sold, stripped for parts, or simply forgotten. Bridgham & Company was formed to hold. It owns and capitalizes a small number of operating companies, keeps each under the family name, and gives each the time it needs to become the trusted house in its field.

Leadership

It is easy to feel unsure who stands behind a young firm. Here the answer is short. The company is led by its founder, who serves as managing member and answers for every company in the family. Each operating company keeps its own leadership and reports to the holding company on the record.
